The delivery time depends on the complexity and volume of the order. Stocked products without custom packaging are engraved and shipped within a week. Standard custom production lead time for more complex orders is 1-4 weeks, larger orders may take 2-8 weeks. For urgent orders, please contact us for individual solutions.
Once the design is approved and the deposit is paid, we start production, which usually takes 1-4 weeks. Each product undergoes a careful quality control before shipment. For larger orders, we ensure consistent quality by using modern technology and manual inspection.
We offer various branding options, including laser engraving, customized packaging including graphic work, or production of a product directly reflecting your company logo. We provide a visualisation or physical prototype before production
Prices depend on product type, quantity and level of personalisation. We offer discounts for bulk orders where the savings from production are reflected in the final price. Please contact us for an exact quote.
Contact us with your enquiry. Together we will select products and type of branding. We will prepare a design and visualization. After approval and payment of the deposit, production begins. Upon completion, we will deliver the products to your address or the addresses of your customers.
Yes, we manufacture all our products with sustainability in mind. We use local wood, eco-friendly varnishes and recyclable packaging. Our production is focused on minimizing waste and all products are handmade in Šumperk, Czech Republic.
